I’m trying
to configure a distributed ACD system. I follow the steps to configure a HA
System and it works for incoming calls, but when an agent tries to make an
assisted transfer the server response with a 500 SIP error, and sometimes its
successful.
I searched documentation
about distributed ACD system but I didn’t find it.
Has somebody
configure a distributed ACD system?
Which minimal
services require an ACD distributed server? I have SIPRegistrar,
PresenceServer,
ACDServer, CallResolver-Agent, ConfigAgent and SIPXProxy services.
How do I configure
the DNS servers?
