This is your ITSP Registrar setting in sipx ( where the Register is sent )

This is your ITSP  proxy domain  setting.

Probably outdated and broken. Would be a good contribution to get it
working and contribute a new template.

Do not need to worry about this. Try the default setting. It will
probably confuse the ITSP if you put something here.

No it does not.  Your port should be set to 5080 ( ie. the default works)
