I have vitelity working with sipXecs 4.  I used the template and
(besides my username and password) only changed the inbound vitelity
server to match what they had assigned me.

I'm using sipXbridge, and had to change my setup at vitelity to point to
my port 5080 instead of the default 5060. I'm pretty new to sipXecs, so
this may not be the best or the only way to do this.
