Can anyone confirm Pawel’s statement? If I am unable to transfer calls to a
Queue, this would be detrimental for me.

Any ideas?

IMHO this is by design. It's easier to maintain stats , limits, avoid loops etc
when one disallows transfers to queues inside the ACD.
