We could not get this to work with 3.10. We are in the process of testing this on 4.0. We need this feature as well since we have agents who on occasion need to transfer the call to a supervisor. A transfer back to another queue is really necessary in this case.



That was one of the reasons that forced me to rewrite the ACD from scratch. Transfers back to ACD will work with my code as soon as I can fix FreeSwitch attended transfers (http://jira.freeswitch.org/browse/SFSIP-86 ) and get my 4.0 development environment up and running so I can publish the 4.0 compatible RPM/code.
