The reason why this is not documented is it is not supported. I must
emphasize that lack of support implies lack of time to fix possible
bugs and any fixes made would not be admitted to the current 4.0
branch. It is an internal feature that we may experiment with in the
future in case ITSPs start to support it. Please document the SUBJECT
header requirement. That should be easy to support.
