We are implementing sipx very differently from the norm I guess. We don't deal with ITSP's at all. We really just want a solid SIP ACD. How/why are people implementing sipx with ITSPs? It does seem like sipx is really geared towards the ITSP integration... What is the call flow for a typical sipx deployment?
