Hello, We are running sipx 3.10.2, and are having some problems with the supervisor feature of the ACD server.
Scenario: Reboot of the configserver service CSR supervisor logs into sipx and can see queue stats Another CSR supervisor logs into sipx and can see queue stats Another CSR supervisor logs into sipx and can see queue stats Sales supervisor logs into sipx and can not see queue stats Original CSR supervisor logs into sipx and can not see queue stats secondary csr supervisor logs into sipx and can not see queue stats the problem seems to happen when a person from another department, who views another queue logs in. Once they log in everyone looses the ability to view queue stats, with the exception of the superadmin. to fix it we have to reboot the configserver service (this is a production phone system so that's not really an option)but then the same condition occurs. Its also reproducible if i were to flip the order and have the sales guys log in first, and the csr guy second, same thing happens.
