What you haven't done is get a trace of a failed call, so we know which element of the system rejected it.
In regard to "SIP realm", that is part of the security credentials you program into sipXbridge which it uses when it registers with the ITSP. But since you observe a 200 response to sipXbridge's REGISTER, you seem to have configured that correctly.
