I think I figured it out, thanks. Fix action was to take our secondary second 
server out and force all the phones to re-register to the primary only. The 
hunt group has been ringing perfectly ever since.

I don't see any INVITEs in that file at all.  I would suggest trying
again, but clearing the logs only before you make the first (presumably
successful) call.  Then keep going until the calls fail.  (Which doesn't
sound like it takes too many calls.)  Then do the merge-logs on the
entire session.  That way we can verify that we see a successful call.
