I'm not sure if I resent the profile after I changed the firmware on the 
server.  Would that matter?  (Does the profile change based upon the firmware 
installed?)  I definitely resent the profiles several times after the upgrade.

Anyway, we have about 50 phones, and I ended up manually changing all of the 
MWI subscribe info on the lines to be the full SIP URL.

We haven't run into any other problems.

After you upgraded the phone, did you resend all of the profiles with the new

What version of the Polycom SIP application are you running?
