I'm not sure if I resent the profile after I changed the firmware on the server. Would that matter? (Does the profile change based upon the firmware installed?) I definitely resent the profiles several times after the upgrade. Anyway, we have about 50 phones, and I ended up manually changing all of the MWI subscribe info on the lines to be the full SIP URL. We haven't run into any other problems.
