Hi, i tried same thing what u told it seems not working. these are the steps i tried 1. from 201 i dialedto 203 2.After established the call i am dialed xxxx call park extension from 203.Then i got the MOH in 203.But i did't heard any MOH in 201. 3. Then i dialed *4xxxx from 202 but it's showing error like wrong extension.
i have doubt about parking the call. Am i doing correctly? how i know weather the call is parked or not?what about user 201 will he get MOH?
