What is your park extension number? You can't pick it up by dialing an regular
extension.
1. Login to your system as superadmin.2. Go to Features>Call Park3. Add Call
Park Extension. Enable it, give it a name (no spaces), and a new extension like
"250 or something that is not used in your range. To test you don't have to
enable any of the options or change the music. Click OK.4. Call in, have
someone BLIND TRANSFER to it, TXFER, 8+250. Then pick it up by dialing *4250.
I think you are still missing the concept. You need to pick it up according to
the park number you are assigning or transferring it to. I also think you need
to make sure you are blind transferring it or completing the transfer. Just do
a blind transfer so you don't confuse the system and hang up the call. It
sounds like the call transfer is not completing, based on the steps you've
indicated.

Please make sure your call park is running under
System>Servers>choose_your_server".
