We are installing an SCS 3.0 in our office, we would like the incoming calls to ring 3-4 times before it is answered by the auto attendant so that our receptionist can answer incoming calls- if she is busy the auto attendant would answer the call. We are being told by Nortel that this cannot be changed!! Also has anyone set up a sip trunk from unlimitel using SIPX bridge Bob Anderson COMSOURCE Technologies Inc 3585 Laird Road, Unit 13 Mississauga,ON L5K 5Z8 905.608.1400 x237
