It would be possible to add new administration to control this
functionality but that would be non-trivial. Looks like it would
require a new jira issue.

There's also the case to consider of Hunt Group calls ringing the 
phone for longer periods of time. If there was new configuration
added perhaps it should be a per-user limit on ring time for
any call type.
