Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't see how I can set up OCS to use some identity to 
call sipX gateway.

In order to protect your PSTN connection (and the costs you incur when
it is used), sipXecs dial plans normally have some permission associated
with outside calls.  Without them, anyone could make calls to anywhere
at your expense.

You need to create an identity (user) with the permission required for
the dial plan, and then configure OCS to use that identity so that it
can respond to the 407 challenge.
