I pasted the line <dkey_retrieve perm="R">speed 3663</dkey_retrieve> Just before the <!-- speeddial list --> Line. After resending phone profiles retrieve button works as expected - call to 3663 (that is my voicemail system number) occurs. Thank you very much for the help! By the way, I found that sipX wiki page regarding snom provisioning in not quite good. I configured dhcpd differently. I could share my findings if you like to.. Just leave the mwi configuration as is configured from the sipxconfig snom plug-in. Then set for the function key RETRIEVE (right now only from the phone web-ui) Type=Speed Dial and Number 101. This will make the phone mwi work and the retrieve button call the voicemail. In case you have many phones I suggest you to add the following line in /etc/sipxpbx/snom/snom.vm <dkey_retrieve perm="R">speed 101</dkey_retrieve> I would add it just before the speed dial section. You will need of course to regenerate your phone profiles. I plan to add this on the next Snom plug-in update. Don't know yet if I will add all function keys management from sipxconfig.
