DNS is a service. Email is a service. Web site hosting is a service. Email and Website are dependent upon DNS working properly. SRV (service) records like SIP, XMPP, etc. depend on DNS to be setup properly. We commonly have email hosting fro customers with one firm. Web site hosting with another, all while DNS hosting is provided by yet another. If DNS breaks they all break. If the HOST for EMAIL or WEBSITE breaks, then just the one service is affected.
If you have DNS setup so your public IP has the properly hostname (i.e. sipx.yourdomain.com) and you have SPF records that say "sipx.yourdomain.com" is allowed to send email on behalf of your domain, most email hosts would accept it. All of this is really LINUX and INTERNET and DNS and how things work though. It is not really sipx-specific (I own that phrase). Get thyself to a real DNS or webhost that can support what you need.
