When the INVITE is sent from the remote worker and we get a 200 Ok, the contact address in the 200 OK would be the private network address. So the ACK would ideally go to the private address. I believe this should not be the case. So should this address also be natted? All you really need to test basic remote worker is a 2 NATs. 2 phones and an sipXecs. Connect the WANs of the two NATs together by connecting them to the same network (LAN, public internet, x-over cable). Put one phone behind one NAT and put sipXecs behind the other and you are setup.
