Creating multiple gateways that have different 'name' values in sipXconfig but the same IP address doesn't really create a difference in the proxy/routing decisions, because those decisions are based on what you put in the 'address' box. Really those boxes should be 'label' and 'host' because the name/label is never used for anything outside the management system (it does not need to be a DNS name), and the address/host can be either a valid DNS name or an IP address.
