I have contacted them about this now that it is clear what the problem is. I could not contact them with only the error as they don't know audiocodes hardware. Now that I can tell them it's a display info problem, it makes sense. We searched and found plenty of references but nothing which make it this clear. Thank you so much for the input! > Failing that, set a Caller ID that doesn't include a display name on the > configuration for that gateway in sipXecs. Just received a second apology email from our telco saying that an investigation has started and refunds are in order. Everything we have ever needed with them turns into a nightmare for us, (my partner and I) causing problems that never make any sense. They just blame us and the hardware and every time it's turned out to be some configuration item they overlooked. My god. _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users Unsubscribe: http://list.sipfoundry.org/mailman/listinfo/sipx-users sipXecs IP PBX -- http://www.sipfoundry.org/
