I have contacted them about this now that it is clear what the problem is. I 
could not 
contact them with only the error as they don't know audiocodes hardware. Now 
that I can 
tell them it's a display info problem, it makes sense. 

We searched and found plenty of references but nothing which make it this clear.

Just received a second apology email from our telco saying that an 
investigation has 
started and refunds are in order. 

Everything we have ever needed with them turns into a nightmare for us, (my 
partner and I) 
causing problems that never make any sense. They just blame us and the hardware 
and every 
time it's turned out to be some configuration item they overlooked. My god.
