The memory use by Sun's JRE is kicking my ass still... I don't understand why it needs so much goddamned VIRT memory allocated. I know this isn't specifically sipx, but a java issue. (The problem is I am using OpenVZ, which is a container-style virtualization platform. It can't present swap space to a container. So, everything is "real" memory, more or less.)

I'd use VMware ESXi for these but I don't want the lack of a timing source screwing up the conferencing system. Plus, I've already experienced general media server weirdness running my test environment in VMware Workstation (such as stuttering playback, etc).

Thoughts?
