Can you also include a trace of a call from a > phone to another phone (that does not mangle the display name)?
Make sure that you include a snapshot from the system, preferably with the logging set to INFO and including a call that has the problem. I (think) that I just correctly transcribed the value from your trace file into my local copy of the Url parser unit test, and it seemed to pass.
