Slightly off topic, but i couldn't think of a better group to ask. This is for Polycom 450s.We have 100+ users with Plantronics headsets. They vary slightly in model, but are all simple non powered and non amplified headsets. My users are complaining that they aren't loud enough. They aren't able to hear even with the volume turned all the way up. I have made the change in sipx to allow the headset volume setting to stick between calls. I'm assuming there is no way to resolve this (I would be thrilled if there was). I'm looking for a recommendation from others as to any simple wired headsets they have had a good experience with.I searched the archives, and most of the questions seemed to be about wireless headsets.
