Thanks for the reply Scott.  That was what I kind of feared.  The admin swears 
that wasn't done but this was upgraded from 3.10.3 and may have been done at 
some point.

The odd thing is that I can make it work with XLite fine on a new account but 
not from this Linksys SPA.  I even tried deleting the user and adding it back 
in with the same results.
