I'm not at a PC, but I don't believe that model supports 'HD voice'. Just an
FYI, users will notice the difference when they are or aren't on a phone that
supports HD voice (I believe that is just a particular codec - 722 maybe?) for
internal calls. That was one of the good things that helped balance out a few
of the negative issues users experienced with our conversion. Users LOVE the HD
on internal calls. That is all anyone talked about for the first week. They
felt like the other end was in their office talking in their ear. Before making
a big purchase, I would get a couple of each potential model for testing. With
our old key system, we found users had figured out how to do tricks we didn't
even know about. You may find a certain model phone is or isn't a good fit for
a certain role.

Thank you for the resource Josh - looks like the Soundpoint IP 331 would be a
good fit for the standard user model.
