I realize that wasn't directed at me Scott...

The only thing that burns me is when things disappear from the tracker
that are important (ie., ACD) without discussion or notification. Maybe
somebody else would have picked up development of the ACD in FreeSwitch.
IMHO It's one of the items still holding this product back.

I do realize that Avaya's objectives may be different than corporate
sponsors in the past. And please don't take my comments as being
unappreciative. I've put a lot of time into this project and just want
to see it succeed.

Mike

Eloquently stated.

The 'road map' is a fluid thing, and frankly we don't always get around
to updating the various web pages that purport to describe it.

The tracker is the best (if still not always perfect) source of data on
what is and isn't really happening.

If something is really important to you and you don't see it happening,
then you should be talking to Avaya Product Management about the revenue
opportunity, or of course doing it yourself and contributing it...

(not aimed at you specifically, Michael)
