Joshua, Thanks for your response. Actually I've not had any problems with the Grandstream phones running the latest firmware. I just tried your Auto attendant experiment and everthing worked just as it should...the phone did not hang and line one hung up as expected. Perhaps the latest version of firmware for the Grandstream has fix some of the problems. The release notes do have a long list of bugs that were fixed. I also have a BLF button configured on one grandstream phone and it seems to properly track the status of the phone that it is monitoring. It also works properly for pickup...the BLF button can pickup the ringing phone that it is monitoring. What specific presence issues did you have? Can you describe the scenario to me to test?
