Here is what I would do:
If you don't have these tools, go get them. Putty and WinSCP, Sipviewer. Open the Putty and Winscp programs up to your server. Open SipViewer on your local machine. With Putty go to /var/log/sipxpbx. Go to the same folder with WinSCP. With putty, run logrotate -f /etc/logrotate.d/sipxchange This will clear out your log files. Try calling the auto attendant from a working phone. >From putty run merge-logs This will create one merged log file from all of the log files you just created. >From WinSCP, do a refresh on the right window. There will be a new Merged.xml file, which is a merging of all the new log files you just created. Copy that file to your local hard drive and open it with Sipviewer. You should be able to see what your call did, and probably see what is failing the call. If you still can't find it, post a link to your merged.xml file, with the details to this mailing list, I'm sure someone smarter than I can help you resolve it fairly quickly. I tried calling it internally and it just gives me a busy tone. I am able to call the voicemail attendant (ext 101) though. Any ideas on how to fix this? here are some of the troubleshooting i have done on this 1. restarted auto attendant service/rebooted sipXecs and phones 2. confirmed auto attendant service is on running status and the dial plan for it is enabled 3. confirmed that the autoattendant.wav is working.....was able to listen to it from the features tab 4. confirmed autoattendant "options" values are on default
