I can register fine against the sipXecs that does not use DNS SRV but I *CANNOT* register it against the sipXecs that uses DNS SRVs. My investigation shows that DNS SRV records are set up properly but that Pandion is not compliant with the XMPP spec when it comes to doing the SASL authentication at login. This is a common interop problem that many IM clients have. In all previous occurrences of this problem I was able to work around the problem by logging in as <user>@<FQDN of sipXecs> instead of the traditional <user>@<XMPP domain> but Pandion is the first client I ever encounter where that work around does not help.
