Thank you for the heads up. For whatever reason, when I check my
list of installed packages I only see the 4.2 version. I searched for it
two different ways:

There is a JIRA issue already. It is not properly deleting the previous
version of sipxconfig-ftp. You can manually remove the old one, it works
"either way" (without deleting it too). I like to remove it and keep it
clean if I can.

You will probably notice if you grep your packages for "sipx" you will see
"both" ftp packages still installed. At least I do. Forcing the old one out
doesn't seem to affect anything.
