I don't think you ever sent snapshots. To be useful, the log level for Shared Appearance Agent should be set to DEBUG. Actually, a sniffer trace would be just as helpful. SAA is really just a pipe, passing around what the endpoints tell it they have in the way of calls. This number is obviously coming from the AC.Carolyn ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *From:* Josh Patten [mailto:[email protected]] *Sent:* Friday, May 21, 2010 2:42 PM *Cc:* [email protected] *Subject:* Re: [sipx-users] SLA/BLA CLID and Audiocodes Mediant 1000 When the call is received it appears as it should. Then after 2 or 3 times pressing hold then retrieving, the CLID is set to the default phone number plus whatever B channel the call is on. Did I ever send anyone the snapshots I got? If not, they're too big for the list, I'd need to either create a JIRA or send off list. Josh Patten Assistant Network Administrator Brazos County IT Dept. Is there any way to keep the original CLID when moving calls among shared lines? I've tried turning on PAssertedIdentity and that didn't do anything. _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing [email protected] List Archive:http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users Unsubscribe:http://list.sipfoundry.org/mailman/listinfo/sipx-users sipXecs IP PBX --http://www.sipfoundry.org/The sequential CLID looks like the FirstPhoneNumber configured in the Mediant1000 (usually defaulted to Unknown00 by sipXconfig). Perhaps this is set to 100000000 on your system, the Mediant1000 then automatically appends the channel number to create the CLID. According to the Mediant documentation this CLID would only be used when no other CLID is defined, but not sure why this is happening in your case. Dave.
