It looks like they added 5.8 to the template recently (we of course haven't seen this yet). There a some lines that have echo on the polycom side - you can hear yourself. I'm blaming this on the fact that they are setup as analog extensions on a legacy system. Does anyone know if upgrading to firmware 5.8 (from 5.6) would help - or do I just need to play with my voice settings? I have the settings tweaked for my incoming line - however - others often complain about the echo...
