It would be in the sipxproxy.log, but you need to turn the lof up to debug to make it meaningful.
01632684562 was what you dialed. Do you have a dialplan that says dial "11" digits and send to your provider? I bet you don't. Is this what your provider expects you to send? If so, create a dial rule accordingly otherwise the proxy will reject it because it does not match.
