Assuming you did not alter your dial plans did you...

activate the roles the server will be using?
send the server profile?
restart any services prompted for?


Did you run the pre-flight tests in diagnostics?
Can you register a phone?

If you get through all of the above, then you should be able to dial either
of those. You should also include a description of how your phone connects
to sipx 9is it local, remote) when asking for further help with this.
