right now, inbound calls work (sorta) I put them on hold on a poly, and
it hangs up. I put them on hold on a cisco, hold works, but unhold
hangs up.
outbound calls, one way audio (i guess, sip trace doesn't even show it
connecting ANY audio. they claim that they see me asking for G.722 (from
my poly, or sipx bridge)

they want me to authenticate on every outbound call. sipx thinks a
hold is a outbound call (sorta?) a reinvite to the moh server?. at
which point the call fails, since it didn't authenticate on the
'outbound' call.
