Maybe not exactly. Once a call is established it communicates with the proxy
on 5060.

sounds exactly like the problem I had.

It usually happens with 'static' registration, since with user/password
registration, sipx will register 'from' port 5080
(unless your firewall is munging it). Firewalls don't understand sip on
5080, so you have to turn off ALL 'helpers'.

if the provider will change the port, thats best.  if not, you will need
to re-direct it, in and out via a firewall or router.
