Can someone comment on the sip-trace I have attached?
to clarify, it doesn't work on 4.2.1. did it work on 4.2.0?
I have several phones in an ACD queue. If I call the ACD from an
internal (or external phone too), the ACD group rings but then you are
unable to pick up the call. Hitting the answer button does not work
and the calling phone hangs up.
These are all Polycoms w/ 3.2.3 firmware and I have also tested with
3.1.3 firmware.
3.2.3 has some known problems, one call, then right
The sip trace shows that when the phone picks up it sends a 200 ok,
but then SipProxy sends the 200OK back to the ACD with the public
NATTED address. Which the ACD then tries to send to the public ip and
the call fails.
If I simply uncheck "Server behind NAT" and "Enable NAT Traversal"
then the ACD functions. Internet calling is disabled.
if two people are natting (sipx and your firewall), 'bad things
happen(tm)'. by unchecking nat on sipx, maybe your firewall is doing
'what it is suposed to'
(except with internet calling)
internet calling tests (did you enable ISN dialing)?
1234*256. screeming monkies. when they get tired of screeming, they
let you echo test.
also, a special one for poly (G.722 test)
offlist if you need it.
