How many users do you have on your system? If it's over about 150 or so then it's possible you're experiencing http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-8474

I do have the server set to allow phones to upload their settings. When the phones rebooted, users lost the speed dial entries they had stored on their phones. Is this expected? Is the solution to tell them to add them through the web interface? _______________________________________________ Yes, and yes. Using the web interface also has the advantage that the same speed dials are set on every phone "ownd" by that user.
