I don't think its relevant if it is pointed out.

As you might have noticed it does not matter if you use an sbc, its nice to
have choices.

If you had setup your firewall with different interfaces (one for the itsp)
you don't need 1:1 nat and you could send traffic to the itsp by choosing
that gateway, and the 5080:5060 translation would be a cakewalk.

I basically gave the rest of next week to solve all these sipx problems
or will be forced to replace it.

I am amazed to google back far enough to see a common thread in the sipx
problems:
#1, it doesn't like firewalls
#2, it doesn't like remote workers
#3, it doesn't like ITSP's (who won't send to port 5080)
