I guess I'm a gluten for punishment since I added a monitored park at another customer when I should have known better. Of course, it's not going well, in fact, the 4.2 release seems to get stuck more than the 4.0 releases. At any rate, I figured it was time to reach out I see if there is a better way to handle virtual holds with some sort of monitoring.
So far the best I can come up with is to only allow the attendants to monitor the park, but that doesn't help users when they need to place a call somewhere. BLA has also been discussed, but the call would have to come in on a BLA line for them to be useful. Again, only helpful for the attendants and not scalable. Any input would be greatly appreciated. -Jim
