We have created a simple tool for doing click to dial out of any application
using the clipboard with sipx.
The steps are:
- Copy number to clipboard
- press a hotkey
- a small window opens where you can modify the number that shall be dialed
- press okay and click to dial is started

We planned to publish it for free on our website. If I have got the time i
will publish it within the next week.
Maybe it is worth a try for you.
