just a FYI, one of the sip trunk packages Level3 sells they ask if you
(optionally) want to support refers.
the other package (the one I am using) doesn't even ask. (and sipx seem
to work just fine)
STRICT ADHERENCE TO RFC'S DOESN'T WORK.
Anyone who remembers 'posix compliance' should understand that.
UNDERSTANDING of RFC's changes, even if the RFC's don't.
find another ITSP.
