http://oreka.sourceforge.net Pretty comprehensive, just set your switch up with a monitoring port and let it do it's magic. The only thing with Oreka is it's an all or nothing recording system so it records everything it receives. http://www.sipprint.com has a product that you can set recording policies on so that may be something you want to look at.
