Where is the call originating from?

DID's do not need a dial plan.

If you are using CALLCENTRIC (my advice is to NOT use them, but sometimes
people have to), they DO NOT send the DID number, they send the account
number, so typically I would suggest putting the account number in the user
alias field.

OR setup the gateway according to the ROUTE BY TO HEADER...
