i think build 34 refers to a 32 bit build, as you are using a 64 bit build i think it does not matter as to the build number other than it "is" 18971. Which is correct for the latest stable release.
Living dangerously here; current snapshot (nov 7, 4.3.2) 1. go into mailbox, play message, forward without comments, 5,2, [extension], hangup. 2. go into other mailbox, play message. (not recommending for production use, because at the beginning of step 2, phone locked up again, this is a recurring issue in 4.3.x which has already been reported). Like Douglas said, the sipxivr log would be helpful in determining why this is happening, since all of the interaction is at the sipxivr process.
