I've read plenty on this as well but it's never as clear as when someone explains it.
In my case, I've got a bunch of users on a system. Could they all call each other using sip:[email protected] without ever even knowing each others numbers? I think I understand that if I had say office blue.mydomain.com and office red.mydomain.com, each would need this added into the DNS.
