if blue and red are on the same sipdomain and part of a ha system, the color
the user's account is hosted on is irrelevant in being able to dial another
user in the same sipdomain.

If my phone does not have url calling enabled, i simply use the phonebook in
sipxconfig gui and dial the sip uri i am after...
