Create a user with no phone and add the DID number to this user. Create a forwarding schedule (if time of day/day of week handling is desired), and forward the call to your hunt group. In the hunt group specify the internal lines to ring... or have the call hit the IVR/AA and allow a keypress to send the call to the huntgroup.
The same line should not be on all the phones IMO, each phone should have unique lines. This way the users can properly transfer calls exactly where they want them transferred. I don't think it is at all clear what "10 users connected to one users" means.
