Hi, With 10 phones one user i mean: One extension with 10 phones connected. I understand now that with a hunting group I will solve the issue. But I think it still can be a issue with the transfer part. example: Group number (the hunt group ): xxx2000 phone1: xxx2001 phone2: xxx2002 etc.... when phone1 have received a call and would like to transfer it to phone2 he must dial hole extension e.i xxx2002.
